Kati Krause makes magazines, both in print and digital media. Last year, she was commissioned by “Medium”, “Freunde von Freunden” and “Gestalten”, while also working on her own project “A Mag For All Seasons”. She published her first magazine at age 11: a magazine about animals, glued together by hand and available in front of a supermarket in a suburb of Munich for one afternoon. Her career really took off in 2006 at publishing house Le Cool in Barcelona , where she started out as head of development and went on to become head of Ling magazine, an independent magazine made for Vueling airlines. While in Barcelona, Krause founded the talks on magazines “Tinta de la Casa”, which she has also been organising in Berlin since her relocation in 2011. She founded the German branch of “Dailymotion”, an online platform for videos, and she was head of communications at DACH for the online market place Etsy. Since early 2014, she has returned to working as a freelancer and has since been working on all her favourites: developing concepts, strategies and stories.
