Since Melanie Castillo completed her training as a state-certified graphic designer in the field of advertisement and communication in 2004 in Munich, this native Spaniard has been working as a freelance art director for various clients including Munich-based ad agency Bloom.
She is passionate about designing magazines, especially the DIY city magazine “curt” in Munich. Since 2005, she has been responsible for its concept, editorial content, art direction and production. This print magazine, an idealistic product of creative people, is published four times a year featuring unusual topics regarding Bavaria’s state capital.
